What I learned

No pets, no poop

I wanted to title this post 'basic tips for happy gardening' but decided not to. 'Tips' would sound like an expert giving advice. But since I am way off being someone who are able to advice others, I thought I could pen down what I have learned in my limited experience based on the spirit of sharing.

Herbs collection

Spent the morning of the day taking pictures of the various plants that I have accumulated over time. Here you will see a pic of my herbs collection. It was raining heavily with strong winds last nite and so some of the leaves' underneath were covered with soil. Will need to let them dry out before removing the dirt.

Been one and a half years since my first post and new blog on gardening. Created this blog with an intention to share my experiences but became too engrossed in learning and expanding my plants collection and were preoccupied with fighting off pests. With the world wide web as my faithful reference point and after going through the many trials and errors over this time period, I thought its perhaps time to reboot my blog and start recording what I have learned and experience.

Today marks my entry into the blogging world of gardening. Been thinking what to call the blog. Finally decided on "Gardening Pleasures". Gardening should be an enjoyment. It should be fun and relaxing. Its definitely a good way to de-stress from work and other pressures. In addition, it livens and beautify the surroundings, making the garden a relaxing place to watch and be in.
